Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) waterproof membrane is made of T resin based on the weather resistance and heat resistance of ethylene and propylene (EP) rubber and the weldability of polypropylene. In the early 1990s, it was applied to the roofing waterproof project by mechanical fixed pavement. Because it has the weather resistance of EPDM rubber, and has the plastic waterproof coiling, waterproof effect is reliable, aging resistance is outstanding, so the development is rapid. With its excellent physical and chemical properties and environmental protection performance, the coil has become the world's fastest growing waterproof material. In the United States, TPO waterproof rolls have accounted for 30% of the low slope commercial roofing materials market in the United States, with an annual growth rate of over 25%. In recent years, with the development of machine-fixed single-layer roofing system, high performance, energy-saving, environmental protection effect of TPO waterproof coil has also appeared a rapid development momentum in China.
Enhanced TPO waterproof roll (P): thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll reinforced with polyester fabric in the middle of the roll.
Backing type TPO waterproof roll (L): thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll with polyester non-woven fabric composite on the lower surface of the roll.
Homogeneous TPO waterproof coil (H): thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coil without inner reinforcing material or backing composite.

TPO waterproof membrane single-layer roof waterproof system should be made into mechanical fixed system, full adhesive system or pebble roof pressing system according to the actual situation of the project and design requirements, among which mechanical fixed system is more common.
