Q: How about the compressor?
A: Generally, we adopt Hatichi DC inverter rotor compressors.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Generally, one unit of sample order is acceptable, but quotation will be a little higher than container order.
Q: How long is the warranty time?
A: Generally, 18 months for the whole unit, three years for the compressor.
Q: How about the after-sales service?
A: Generally, we only provide online technical support. During the warranty period, free product spare parts or brand new complete machine will be provided.
