The horizontal roll configuration, resulting in optimum intake of material into the grinding zone, is easier for removal, installation and maintenance.
The speedy and tardy grinding rolls are driven by triple-wheel toothed belts with advantages of high power transmission, no step losses, no deflection, stable running, and low noises.
The fitted pneumatic elements, bearings and toothed belt are from the best suppliers in the world.

2,WIth Plansifter:
 Vertical and horizontal clamping system, Sieve door and channel sealing strict, to ensure no flour fleeing and leakage.
Special wood for frame Repeated use, Not deformed.
Using the new sieve box, the novel design patterns of sieve box increase the sieve area and capacity.

This 100-120T/24H maize flour milling machine is a complete line from cleaning, degerminating, milling to packing with all accessories. 

Hongdefa maize corn mill machine technique flow is from cleaning to degerminating to milling to sifting to packing.
First,the maize/corn enter the cleaning section,have gravity classification stoner remove the stone,then through the moisture damper is a important equipment to control the water content of the grain during in flour mills,stainless steel Bi-directional screw,prevent free water,an intensive intermixing.Next use degerminator (Japan technology ) to peeling,Then enter the milling section and sifting the flour,produce the produce super white flour,fine meal,bran,germ,etc which according to client requirement and needs.Finally,use the autoweighing &packing scale packing products.

Q5:What is the mode of payment?
You can pay 30% as a deposit by T/T at first. Then we will arrange to manufacture the machine. After you paid the
