3.4.Pull the new reverse osmosis membrane into the casing. Note that the water produced by the new reverse osmosis membrane in the first 20 minutes needs to be filtered before drinking water.

Unscrew the nut on the membrane housing cover at the inlet connection end, remove the inlet pipe, and then use a membrane housing wrench to loosen the membrane housing cover. Remove the RO membrane from the packaging, place the membrane end with 2 O-rings into the RO membrane housing (as shown in the figure below) and push it in. Finally, screw on the membrane housing cover and tighten it with a membrane housing wrench. Place the inlet pipe back into the inlet joint and tighten the nut, then push the membrane housing clamp into the large single clamp.
2. When installing a reverse osmosis membrane, first ensure that one end of the membrane has two O-rings;
3. When installing, be sure to place the end with O-ring into the end of the membrane housing with pure water connection. To install correctly, simply apply a gentle force to place the reverse osmosis membrane into the membrane housing. If there is too much resistance, do not forcefully place the membrane into the housing, otherwise it may cause permanent damage to the membrane housing or membrane components (the membrane manufacturer is not responsible for replacing components due to damage during installation);
4. Damage to the membrane shell and membrane element caused under above mentioned situation is not covered by the warranty.
