Introduction
Self-locking hydraulic jack is mainly used in places that need to support heavy objects for a long time. It can still support heavy objects when the oil pressure is removed, and it is safe and reliable. It can be used underwater, for single-acting, for load retraction, and the nut self-locking makes the load safer. Especially in large projects, it is easy to operate and control. It is designed with a device to hold pressure and a built-in pressure relief valve to prevent overload for protection. These designs are used to protect the jack for safe operation. This jack adopts high-pressure hose and threaded joint connection, which is quick to use and overcomes the oil leakage of fast traditional joints.It is mainly used for equipment installation, lifting and dismantling operations in various industries such as electric power, construction, machinery manufacturing, mining, railway,bridges, and shipbuilding.

Notice
a) If there is a runaway phenomenon during use, you can first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, lift the pump body upright and run it downward, and then tighten the drain screw to continue using.
b) When there is a load, never remove the quick connector .
c) This machine uses oil as the medium, so the machine must be well maintained to avoid clogging or oil leakage.
d) For new jack or jack not used for a long time, there is more air in the cylinder. The piston rod may suddenly vibrate slightly when you start using it. The hydraulic jack can be reciprocated 2-3 times without load to eliminate air in the cavity. For jacks that have been idle for a long time, the hardening of the seals will affect the service life of the hydraulic jacks. Therefore, when the hydraulic jacks are not in use, it should be reciprocated 2-3 times a month without load.

We specialize on design and manufacture heavy duty hydraulic cylinders .Our hydraulic cylinders are widely used in different industry fields including:construction machinery,mining machinery, hydro~power project, offshore drilling platform, steel plant equipment , marine machinery,hydraulic lifting system etc.
We have gained ten patents for our hydraulic cylinders.In 2008, our servo cylinders with cylinder bore 950mm for steel mill were exported to Poland.In 2009, our hydraulic cylinders with stroke 10 meters were exported to Pakistan for water conservancy project. In 2016,cyliner with weight 90tons has been exported to Russian sucessfully .
Our hydraulic cylinder range: Bore:1200mm, Stroke:12 meter, testing pressure:50MPa .
We have heavy duty workshop with area 10000 square meters. There is double layer crane in the workshop.The lifting height could reach to 16 meter while lifting capacity could reach to 75 tons. Our machining equipment including Horizontal Lathe (11 meter ), Vertical CNC Machining Center, Display boring and milling machine, Frame type CNC machining center,CNC Lathe, Deep hole boring machine (13 meter), honing machine,etc. Testing equipment including Intelligent Pressure Test Machine, UT Detector, MT Detector, Chrome Thickness Meter, etc.
