Description
1000C porous Calcium silicate board is an asbestos-free excellent thermal insulation product that can withstand continuous 1000ºC operating temperature, which was made from xonotlite by thermoplastic reaction, then mixed with inorganic glass fiber to reinforce the strength. It is also a hydrophobic energy saving product widely used in industrial insulation field.
Standard size: 600x300mm, 610 x300mm, 1000*500mm, 1000*600mm
Thickness: 25 - 100 mm
Temperature limitation: 1000ºC.
Density: 200- 300kg/m3
We can also make special dimensions as customer request.

Application
Calcium Silicate Board was mainly used as insulation for thermal equipment and piping in the power, chemical, metallurgy, petrochemical, textile and light industries as well as insulation for buildings, industrial furnaces and deck of ship.
