Fully-Supported Table Hard-Rail Structure
Utilizing a fully-supported hard-rail structure with Turcite-B and manual scraping, this design ensures optimal load distribution and a minimized damping coefficient, guaranteeing smooth table operation and precision in grinding.
Independent Hydraulic System
Featuring a hydraulic cylinder-driven table with an independent hydraulic system design. The table's speed is adjustable between 5-25m/min, characterized by low vibration, making it versatile for various processing needs. High-quality Japanese oil seals ensure smooth sliding and extended service life.
High Precision Flange Spindle
Our spindles, crafted entirely in-house at our factory in Jiande, Taiwan, from raw materials to assembly (excluding imported bearings), are meticulously assembled in a temperature-controlled, dust-free environment. This stringent production process minimizes temperature variance, noise, and vibration, ensuring years of reliable service. The flange spindle design incorporates CP4 grade precision-angled ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors, and dynamic balancing, achieving spindle deflection well below 0.002mm.
A utomatic Lubrication System
Utilizing a circulating center lubrication device, this system ensures optimal lubrication for all transmission screws and sliding surfaces while reclaiming and filtering waste oil for recirculation. This not only enhances environmental sustainability but also reduces unnecessary lubrication oil expenditure. The system's self-checking function issues an alarm when oil levels fall below the set threshold.
Electrical Control System
Our expertly designed electrical control system meets CE safety standards, featuring internationally renowned electrical components for reliable, low-noise, and low-vibration operation. This system guarantees the precision required for high-accuracy grinding tasks.
Graphic Operator Panel

Splash-Proof Wall Panel (Optional Accessory)
