The main body of the inclined screen type dry wet separator is a stainless steel flat filter screen made of wedge-shaped steel rods. The treated wastewater is evenly distributed on the inclined screen surface through the overflow weir. Because the screen surface with the small and smooth gap, while the large gap with screen back, it makes smooth drainage and difficulty in blocking, then solid substances are intercepted. The filtered water flows out from the gaps of the screen plate. At the same time, under hydraulic action, solid substances are pushed to the bottom of the screen plate and discharges, to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
(1) Adapt to various types of wastewater, such as high concentration wastewater from soaking manure (high bed type), pig farms, chicken farms, cattle farms, etc. Its operation process can stably maintain the solid moisture content at 65%, greatly better than ordinary spiral extrusion devices.
(2) Early filtration utilizes the gravity of the water to work and no energy consumption. The extrusion section has low power and low energy consumption.
(3) The filtration rate is totally high, with large treatment capacity per unit. The latter stage is easily to handle with long service life.
(4) Gear type reverse cleaning mechanism, without consumable material such as steel cables and electrical parts, renewable for use.
(5) Automatic detection, start to work at full water level, filter, dry and wash intermediate screen. Screen washing during shutdown are fully automatic executed, not easy to block and easy to clean.
