The biogas flame arrester is installed on pipelines and storage tanks that transport combustible biogas gas. It is designed and manufactured based on the principle of quenching subsonic or supersonic flames propagating in the pipeline using the narrow gap between metal corrugated disks. The fire-resistant plate is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The shell is made of various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and cast steel, which can meet the needs of different process pipelines.
