Electroplating wastewater mainly comes from pre-treatment for removal rust and oil, electroplating, light-emitting
and water washing after passivation. Also comes from various types of plating pieces rinsing wastewater, ground
flushing wastewater, plating solution filtration and waste plating solution, floors and plates flushing waste water.
Plus various "running, dripping and leaking" bath liquids and wastewater. As well as the discharge of laboratory
water and self-use water for wastewater treatment. Plating rinsing wastewater is one of the main sources of
electroplating wastewater, more than 80% of the wastewater discharge in the workshop. Most of the pollutants
comes from rinsing surface liquid of the plating pieces, contains a large amount of heavy metal ions.
(1) Consider different water quality characteristics, separately treat turbidity water and clean water, with good process stability.
(2) Used chemical reduction-precipitation method to treat Chromate wastewater, ensure simple operation and lower cost.
(3) Used Alkaline chlorination with two stages oxidation to treat cyanide wastewater, ensure truly harmless discharge.
(4) Used sodium hypochlorite-Fenton oxidation to treat fluorescent wastewater, with high efficiency treatment.
(5) Used acidification-oxidation method to break the network, completely remove the heavy metals.
(6) Used high efficiency inclined tube sedimentation/tubular ultrafiltration membrane filtration process, only occupies small area.
