The cleanroom air shower is the necessary passage for personnel to enter and exit the clean room, and at the same time, it functions as a closed chamber of the air lock chamber. In order to reduce a large amount of dust particles caused by personnel entering and leaving, the air showers air flow filtered by the high-efficiency filter is sprayed onto the surface of the

Our air shower's advantages and functions are as follows:
1) Material: Stainless Steel SUS304;
2) Electronic Interlock. When A door opens, B door is locking. A, B doors can not open when blowing;
3) Emergency off button is installed according to customers' needs in case of emergency happens. Once press, two doors open;
4) Color LCD screen, control blowing time and lamp time. It shows reminder of HEPA filter replacement when needed;
5) Infrared sensor automatic blowing, automatic stop;
6) Two-side blowing, left and right, stainless steel nozzles.
7) 360-degree rotatable nozzles are installed according to customers' needs to keep high efficiency for blowing off particles from personnel.
