HEB-1L mini jacketed glass reactor
Product introduction:
This machine has electric constant speed stirring system, condensation and dropping system. The interlayer of kettle body needs to be connected with heating or cooling circulation equipment. When the material is stirred, the circulating hot solution or cooling liquid is injected through the interlayer to make the materials in the kettle are heated or cooled at a constant temperature. When the material is heated and reacted, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device need to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (a cooling device need to be connected), which can be refluxed into the kettle. It can also be recycled through the lower valve of the dean-stark. When the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle.
This series of products need to be equipped with a vacuum device, a high-temperature or low-temperature circulation device to form system devices.
Basic configuration:
• The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react with the materials.
• Using aluminum alloy + stainless steel material as base plate body
• Glass + PTFE discharging valve, side material discharge without effusion.
• Electronic stepless speed regulation, fine-adjustment by knob, digital display of speed
• The stirring system adopts double bearings and double frame oil seal.
• Vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum by pointer.
• Crescent type stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; the material of the stirring rod is 304 stainless steel, and it is wrapped in PTFE tube outside.
• Fuse safety protection

Generally speaking, the delivery time is 7-10 days for regular products. For the customized instrument, about 10~20 days is needed.
3. What's the warranty period? How do you provide this?
One year (12 months).
We have very strict inspection and testing to make sure the instruments which you received are high-quality and reliable.
If there's any problem, we'll provide you the on line solution in 12 hours. If the problem is caused by accessory, we'll provide you the spare parts for free. If the problem is caused by the instrument quality, and cannot be repaired, we'll ship you the new one.
