Why the mixer is tagged with "high speed" and "turbo"?
Vertical arranged special shape designed mixing tools with a high rotation speed(peripheral speed 20-50m/s) lead to a "turbo" flowing of mixtures. The high speed intensive motion causes massive friction among mixtures which leads to "heating" effect to mixture.
