Kinetin can promote cell division and tissue differentiation;
Induced differentiation of buds and relieved apical dominance;
Delaying protein and chlorophyll degradation, with preservation and anti-aging effects; Delaying the formation of delamination and increasing fruit setting.
It is mainly used for tissue culture, and works with auxin to promote cell division, induce callus and tissue differentiation.

Kinetin is used in plant culture medium (such as Murashige&Skoog culture medium), in combination with plant auxin (such as indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), 1-naphthylacetic acid (NAA) or other substances, to induce callus formation and regenerate plant tissue from callus.

Usages:
Spraying cauliflower, celery, spinach, lettuce, mustard, radish, and other plants with a concentration of 10-20 mg/L or soaking them after harvest can delay the degradation of protein and chlorophyll in green tissue, prevent deterioration and aging of vegetable products, delay transportation and storage time, and have a preservation effect.

Exciting elements have multiple application effects. At the earliest, 0.5 milligrams per liter were placed in callus culture medium (with the help of auxin) to induce sprouting; Spraying 20 milligrams/liter of agonist on seedlings of various crops has a promoting effect on growth; 300-400 mg/L treatment of flowering apples promotes fruit setting; Treat detached leaves of corn and other crops with 40-80 milligrams per liter to prolong the yellowing time. Spray leaves of celery, spinach, and lettuce with 20 milligrams per liter to maintain greenery and prolong storage period.
