Non-clog Self Priming Centrifugal Sewage/Trash Water Pump
DJZ series are mono--block type of DJ pumps. Motor shaft is plugged into pump shaft to ensure concentricity and shorten the axial length. They are very useful when one or more of the following are required: self-priming, solids, resistance to abrasion or corrosion, limited installation space.
They can be applied in many fields, such as industry, civil engineering, marine, waste treatment and so on. They also can deal with different neutral, alkali liquids clean and dirty: liquids mixed with sand, mud or other caustic soda and waste water resulted from washing, cooling, circulation, purification or emergency. Pump performance can be adjusted into different levels by speed (Rpm) to meet different requirements.
Features
1-Reliable self-priming ability that suction lift can get 7 m without foot valve.
2-Easily starter and maintenance, rapid open drain, impeller inspection covers and inspect
3-Strong passing ability ,due to using Semi-open impeller, pump can handle Max 3 inch solids.
4-Resistant to abrasion wear plate and easy to replaceable.

We have our own test bed, will test each pump to make sure pump with good performance before send out.
1-Impeller balance testing
2-Coupling concentricity control
3- For diesel engine pump, choose high elastic coupling to connect pump & engine
( it has features of efficient transmission, energy conservation, self-balance, low failure rate, low noise and safe.)
4-Vibration control test : we use vibration meter to control
5. Seal leakage test
6. For the bearing, will test the bearing temperature at least half an hour
