Yawei 10kv 30~2500kVA Epoxy-Resin Insulation Dry-Type Transformer with UL Approved

Our SC(B) series epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is cast under vacuum with thin insulating bands automatically. The core is made of high-permeable grain-orientated silicon sheet and cast with imported epoxy resin. Thanks to advanced technology, quality raw materials, scientific management, and perfect inspection means, our transformer has many advantages.

Box coil:
The low voltage winding adopts the whole section of copper foil, which is wound on the special low-voltage foil winding machine with the F-grade insulation. The foil coil solves the outstanding problems such as low voltage, high current coil winding, high short-circuit stress, unbalanced ampere turns, poor heat dissipation effect, windingspiral angle, unstable manual welding quality and so on. At the same tim-e, the winding ends of our company aresealed with resin, cured and formed, moisture-proof and antifouling. The lead copper bar is automatically welded byargon arc welding.

Temperature control device:
The transformer adopts the BWDK series signal thermometer. The temperature measuring element is embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, which can automatically detect and display the respective working temperature of the phase coil, and has the function of over temperature alarm and trip.

Normal operation condition 
    · Ambient temperature: Maximum +40ºC
                                         Minimum -25ºC
    · Relative humidity: At 25ºC, not higher than 95% for daily average humidity and not higher than 90% for monthly average ambient temperature.
    · Altitude: less than 1000 meters.
    · Seismic level: less than 3m/s² at horizontal direction and less than 1.5m/s² at vertical direction.
    · Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.
