Implementation standard: DGSK1101.71-2007
Equivalent: GB/T 12470 F62A2-H08MnMoAAWS A5.23MF62A2-EA4-A4
Description:
CHF102GX/CHW-SG4 is a special welding wire flux for pipeline steel. The flux is spherical particles with a particle size of 10~40 mesh. The welding wire flux combination has excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, beautiful weld formation, and easy slag removal. The weld metal has excellent low-temperature impact toughness and crack resistance. It can be used for both AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding.
Application: Mainly used for welding X80 pipeline steel, and can also be used for
weldingother high-strength and high-toughness steels, such as WPHY80 steel.
Chemical composition of deposited metal (mass fraction): %

Mechanical properties of deposited metal: (as welded) An example of standard values
Flux quality requirements:
1. Flux water content ≤ 0.10%
2. Mechanical inclusions in flux ≤ 0.20%
3. Flux sulfur content ≤ 0.030%
4. Flux phosphorus content ≤ 0.040%
Notes:
1. Flux must be baked at 300ºC~350ºC for 1~2 hours before use.
2. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed from the welding area.
