SWANCOR 907 series products are phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resins with high crosslinking density and good heat resistance (The
heat distortion temperature can reach 150 ºC or even higher), especially for chlorine-containing solutions or organic solvents. It
can be used in some occasions where the temperature is relatively high, such as the preparation of high-temperature flue and smoke
pipe, and in the chlor-alkali industry, papermaking Industry, oil and gas storage, electroplating industry, metal smelting
industry, etc. are also widely used.
<1>. This resin with above property is for hand lay up , filament winding, and pulltrusion process, others like vertical flow pattern SW-901 or added accelerator type SW-901, all kinds property resin supplied according to customer requirement.
<2>. SW-901 reactive resin should be stored under shelter , shall open barrel cover and filled with air to prolong storage time if the resin has been stored for long time.
<3>. SW-901 gel property is affected by weather , temperature, hardener content,accelerator content and additive , please test gel time in small batch before change operation recipe for better operation.
