Product Description
Gas pressurizing fans are suitable for gas pressurization at factories, mines, and gas stations. blast furnace. Coke oven. Converter gas pressurization and ammonia. Gases with strict air tightness such as biogas use soft packing, labyrinth seals, and nitrogen seals, with simple structure and reliable effect.
This type of fan has a plate-welded overall structure and mainly consists of the following components:
1. Impeller. The impeller is the heart of the entire fan, so the blade shape of the machine is optimized and designed according to the new high-efficiency fan theory. The materials are made of stainless steel or alloy according to different needs and have good corrosion resistance and sufficient strength. After the impeller is formed, it is static. Dynamic balance correction, the accuracy is G4 level (higher than the national standard G6.3 level).
2. Chassis. It is made of high-quality carbon steel and the machine base is integrally welded to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine. The inside of the casing is coated with epoxy resin to enhance corrosion resistance; the upper part of the casing is equipped with a G3/4" steam pipe interface, and the lower part is equipped with a G3/ 2" drain valve; the inlet and outlet flanges of the fan adopt standard flanges to facilitate user pipeline connection.
3. Sealing group. This seal mainly uses soft packing and centrifugal sealing. There are no wearing parts in the seal. The structure is very simple, the effect is particularly reliable, and it is easy to replace.
4. Motor. The motor supporting this machine adopts Y series or explosion-proof motor, the motor explosion-proof grade is dBT4, and the protection grade is IP55.
