FK series mining axial flow fans are designed according to the local ventilation needs of various non-coal mines such as coal mines, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, gold, chemicals, building materials and nuclear industries. They are suitable for tunnel excavation ventilation and stopes of various specifications. And electric rake channel draft, column-less segmented mining approach ventilation, other local ventilation and some auxiliary ventilation. It can also be used for ventilation in tunnel construction, underground engineering construction and other occasions where air duct ventilation is required.
The design of the FK series mining axial flow fan takes into account the dust and smoke exhaust air volume required for various local ventilation working surfaces, the air duct air supply distance, common air duct specifications, wind resistance value, and the use conditions in the mine. . JK series local fans are divided into three categories: single-stage working wheel, double-stage working wheel and counter-rotating double-stage fan operation. FK series mining axial flow fans can be installed directly on the tunnel floor, or suspended and installed on the tunnel wall or under the roof.
FK series mining axial flow fans have the following characteristics:
(1) High operating efficiency. The full pressure efficiency of single-stage and double-stage working wheels is 92% and 83% respectively, and the full pressure efficiency of the counter-rotating type is 85%, which is 20 to 30% higher than that of Yuan JF series local fans, and has obvious power saving effect.
(2) Complete specifications and strong adaptability. There are various combinations of local fan air volume and total pressure values, and the air supply distance ranges from 80 meters to 600 meters (the air supply distance can reach more than 1200 meters when used in series), which can meet the various needs of users.
(3) Small size, light weight, flexible and convenient to move. When its performance is basically the same as that of the JF series local fan, the volume is reduced by 20-30% and the weight is reduced by 20-30%.
(4) The noise is low. The measured noise of 1№4 local fan in an open space does not exceed 85dB(A). If the user has special requirements for the noise of the local fan, our company can provide a muffler. Please indicate this when ordering.
