The shell's protection level is crucial to safeguard against electric shocks or contact with live or moving parts, while also preventing the intrusion of solid foreign objects and the effects of water and oil ingress. Here's a breakdown of the protection codes and their implications:

Cooling Method
The WE Series is fortified with F-class insulation, while its temperature rise is assessed per B-class criteria. For enhanced longevity in diverse power and environmental conditions, nano-insulating impregnation resin is available as an option.
To ensure reliable operation, insulating materials are key to isolating live components from the shell or each other. The longevity of these materials is inherently linked to their insulation grade and operating temperature. As a converter of energy or signals, the motor naturally experiences energy loss, leading to a temperature rise. Under standard conditions, the insulation grade, maximum service temperature, and resistance method-measured temperature rise of the motor adhere to the following table, ensuring normal operational capability.

A4: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance when receiving B/L copy Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

A5: About 20-30 days after receiving advance deposit or original L/C.

A6: We have CE, ISO. And we can apply for specific certificate for different country such as SONCAP for Nigeria, COI for Iran, SASO for Saudi Arabia, etc.
Q7: What warranty do you provide?
A7: One year, during the guarantee period, we will supply freely of the easy damaged parts for the possible problems except for the incorrect operation. After expiration, we supply cost spare parts for alternator maintenance.
