1 Product Overview
YVF series variable frequency speed regulation high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor (frame number 315 ~ 630) (hereinafter referred to as motor) is a new product developed by our company according to market demand. When used in conjunction with frequency converter, it can achieve smooth stepless speed regulation in a wide range, in which the frequency range 5-50Hz is constant torque speed regulation, and the frequency range 50-60Hz is constant power speed regulation.It is an ideal drive product for speed regulation equipment.
This series of motors has the characteristics of exquisite material selection, excellent manufacturing, wide speed range, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, safe and reliable operation, convenient use and maintenance, energy saving and environmental protection, etc.
2 Purpose
This series of motors have the characteristics of lower center height, greater power, higher efficiency, lower noise, safe and reliable operation, easy use and maintenance, etc.It is suitable for driving various ventilators, compressors, water pumps, transportation machinery, general machinery and other mechanical equipment with constant torque and quadratic torque characteristics for general purposes, and is used in various working conditions such as mining, steel, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, power stations, etc. Used as the driving force in enterprises.When the working speed is adjusted below its rated speed, the energy-saving effect is very obvious.No matter indoor, outdoor, plateau climate or hot and humid climate, this series of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors can always provide driving force beyond Zhuoqun, and have been trusted and respected by users.

6 Structural description
This series of motors adopt box structure and steel plate bending frame, which have the advantages of strong load capacity, convenient maintenance and assembly, etc.The electric motor is lightweight and has good rigidity.Remove the cooler to observe or contact the inside of the motor, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
The stator adopts a press-in external pressing structure, the stator winding adopts 155 (F) class insulation, and the stator coil is wound with
double glass filament-wrapped film tape wrapped with copper flat wire. After being wrapped with main insulation and VPI overall paint, it has high electrical strength, mechanical strength, insulation performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
The standard configuration of the motor is with stator temperature measurement, bearing temperature measurement and anti-condensation heater. The stator temperature measurement is two Pt100 platinum thermal resistors (single three-wire system) per phase, one for use and one for standby, a total of 6;The leads are connected to the set temperature measuring junction box.Each bearing is equipped with a Pt100 platinum thermal resistor (single three-wire system), two in total. The stator temperature measuring lead wire and the bearing temperature measuring lead wire are all connected to a temperature measuring junction box.
l Main junction box and neutral junction box
The protection grade of the main junction box is IP55, and the cavity of the main junction box is large.The standard configuration position of the main junction box is on the right side of the motor (the extension end of the shaft is seen).When the motor power is greater than 2000kW, the neutral point can be led out, and the neutral point junction box is on the symmetrical side of the main junction box;Current transformers can also be configured according to user needs.
Standard configuration of line inlet port: single port, bell mouth line inlet.
Optional configuration of wire inlet: steel pipe wiring with threaded port or Glenhead wire inlet.The attributes of the junction box introduction device are shown in Table 2.
Auxiliary junction box

Bearing type
According to the motor power and speed, the bearings of the motor are standard configured as rolling bearings;Optionally available as plain bearings.If you need sliding bearing structure, please specify it when ordering.The rolling bearing is equipped with a non-stop oil injection and discharge device, which can realize regular injection of grease for maintenance and maintenance under the condition of continuous operation of the motor.Great Wall HTHS grease is used for rolling bearing grease. See Table 3 for rolling bearing model, greasing amount and greasing cycle.

The sliding bearing is an end-cap spherical sliding bearing, which adopts pressure oil supply lubrication or oil ring self-lubrication or compound lubrication. At the same time, measures are taken to prevent the generation of shaft current at the non-shaft extension end.Plain bearing lubricating oil grade L-TSA46 (viscosity ISO VG46), plain bearing grade is shown in Table 4.

Air-air cooling internal and external double forced ventilation cooling system, the internal air path forms an internal circulation air path under the action of a forced fan, and the external air path blows cooling air from one end of the motor to the other end through a cooling pipe under the action of an external forced fan, so as to complete the heat exchange between the internal and external air paths.If an air-water cooler structure is required, the internal air path forms an internal circulation air path under the action of forced fan, and the external heat exchange is realized by the air-water cooler at the top of the motor. The inlet water pressure of the cooler is 0.35-0.45 MPa, and the inlet water temperature is ≤ 33 ºC. See Table 6 for the water consumption and inlet and outlet flanges of the cooler.
The low-voltage motor power supply of forced ventilation cooling system is three-phase AC380V, 50Hz.
