Replacement probe can be used directly
This machine is designed for multiple probes which means one host is compatible with a variety of different types of (ruler) probes. The probe sensor automatically recognizes the replacement of different types of plug-in and ready to use probes. It can measure the hardness of different materials at the same time. It is widely used in rubber, plastic, sponge and other hardness measurements.
The test process is electrically loaded, and the test bench can be moved horizontally to the right at a set distance to achieve automatic multi-point measurement of the same specimen or automatic measurement of multiple specimens arranged at a fixed distance.
The operation can be controlled by touching the monitor screen or buttons. Through the USB communication interface, it can communicate and manage data with the host
computer.
Calibration Function:
Cycle MeasurementSet the measurement (statistical) points n in a set of measurements,the distance between the two measurement points L, and the height of the probe H.
Statistical group points when n > 1, in this statistics group measurement, the measurement point will be completed automatically to the right sample n time between measurements.
