Working Principle:
1. The hydrogen-oxygen bonds in water molecules absorb near-infrared rays of a specific wavelength. At a specific wavelength, the reflected near-infrared energy is inversely proportional to the near-infrared energy absorbed by the water molecules in the material. The moisture content of the measured material is calculated based on the amount of energy loss.
2. When water molecules are excited by a specific energy band, they become vibrational states. In the near-infrared part of the spectrum, this band is particularly strong for water molecules, and the instrument is easier to achieve in terms of emitting, filtering and receiving energy.
3. Near-infrared measurement technology is a non-destructive, non-contact real-time measurement technology.
Structure Features:
1. Adopting single sensor and five wavelengths for detection, its stability is greatly improved compared with six beams and eight beams
