Machine X, Y and Z axis rails are linear roller guides with strong load capacity and smooth operation, and the secondary friction resistance is small, so the machine does not crawl at low speed feed; the machine has little vibration during fast operation; all the rails are automatically lubricating, with good wear resistance, stability and strong rigidity.
The three-axis motors are AC servo motors with high-precision pulse encoders. The three-axis motor directly drives the ball screw through the elastic coupling, so the X, Y, Z three axes of the machine tool can be moved quickly, and complete the automatic and accurate positioning of each coordinate.
Pneumatic machine tool, lubrication, cooling and dust removal system
The main pneumatic components of the machine tool adopt world famous brand, reliable performance, simple installation and adjustment operation; with SMC brand water drop separator.
The coordinate shaft lubrication system adopts numerical control system to automatically control and regularly and quantitatively deliver lubricating oil to each transmission element, and has low oil level and oil shortage alarm.
The machine tool is equipped with large capacity water tank, perfect filtration structure, and equipped with high power and high flow pump, the head side is standard equipped with nozzle type external liquid cooling and air cooling device, and the main belt ring ejected water, processing cooling is sufficient.

Ix. Installation, commissioning, acceptance, training and after-sales service

  1. Installation and commissioning
(1) Please install the three-phase 380V, 50Hz power supply in advance and suggest to attach the stable voltage power supply.
(2) After the equipment arrives at the factory, we will be inspected together with our representative. If any damage or decrease is found, please inform us immediately.
(4) After the equipment, the purchaser shall first conduct mechanical positioning and rough adjustment, and make subsequent installation. Please inform our company at least 3 days in advance.
(5) The purchaser shall designate the operators and maintenance personnel of the machine table, and assign specialized personnel to assist our company in the installation and debugging of the machine tool.
(6) After the completion of the mechanical acceptance, the purchaser shall immediately sign on the acceptance report of the machine tool, in duplicate, and each party shall keep one copy

(1) Before the installation and acceptance work, the purchaser shall make safety preparations according to the installation and commissioning matters.
