X-axis/Z-axis guide surface, using wire rails, suitable for heavy cutting; The base and cross slide table are made of HT300 cast iron, which is cast as a whole. After semi precision machining, the guide rail surface is subjected to high-frequency quenching, and after heat treatment, the guide rail surface is precision ground. Finally, after manual precision scraping, the cross slide table and X slide table are in contact with each other at least 20 points per square inch, and are matched with high-precision line gauge guide rails to ensure high-precision machining of the machine tool. All X and Z axis gauge guide rail surfaces adopt automatic forced lubrication to effectively extend the service life of the machine tool
3. Functional components
a. The ZD-6T adopts a high-precision imported spindle customized from Taiwan. The spindle adopts ultra precision radial ball bearings and is driven by a large servo spindle motor with infinitely variable speed, with a maximum speed of 5000 revolutions per minute. The spindle end jump and cone hole jump are both within 0.002mm The center accuracy after spindle assembly, the allowable deviation of the main spindle busbar and side busbar are 0-0.003mm


b. The X and Z axes use Taiwan Shangyin ultra precision ball screws with an accuracy level of C3, which operate smoothly, have low vibration, and have a fast movement of 24m/min;
c. The X-axis and Z-axis screw support methods adopt the screw pre stretching method. The circumferential runout of the screw motor end is within 0.01mm, and according to the ISO-230-2 standard, the positioning accuracy is within 0.003mm (full stroke), and the repeated positioning accuracy is within 0.002mm;
d. The X-axis and Z-axis couplings are selected from the Japanese Sanki SFC-040SA2-26B model, which provides stable transmission and high precision;
e. Adopting hydraulic clamping mechanism, suitable for powerful machining with cutting capacity;
f. Electrical components: The AC contactors, relays, buttons in the electrical cabinet are all made of Schneider brand by our company. The leakage protection devices, circuit breakers, and switch power supplies are all made of Schneider brand
