1.Introduction: 
The Cutter Suction Dredger, made of sturdy steel construction, is a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It skillfully berths and dredges across all waters—be it coastal areas or inland rivers. Perfectly suited for conditions akin to navigation area “A” or below, as specified in China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code.

This versatile dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to class III standards and the stringent dredging engineering construction techniques issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of China.

The robust hull is ingeniously designed with three pontoons: one main pontoon housing the engine room and two side pontoons. Each part is meticulously sized for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. Featuring a state-of-the-art rapid connection-disconnection system, the pontoons are easily assembled and detached with bolts at the deck level and hooks at the bottom. The dredger’s powerhouse is a Marine engine, driving both the dredge and hydraulic pumps. These hydraulic pumps energize all essential equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.

Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull embodies the strength needed for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon using robust bolts.
For enhanced durability, the hull uses CCSB (shipbuilding-grade) steel plates.

3.Hull Decomposition: 

*For smaller-sized dredgers, efficient transportation is ensured by container shipping. Each component of the dredger is meticulously split and securely packed into containers at the warehouse. Once all cargo has arrived at the designated worksite, our skilled engineers will proceed to the location to expertly assemble, rigorously test, and provide comprehensive training.
* For larger-sized dredgers, transportation is facilitated via bulk cargo ships over sea routes.Upon arrival of all cargo at the job site,our experienced engineers will be on-site to handle precise assembly, thorough testing, and detailed training.
