Abrasion Resistant Submersible Slurry Pump for Sand Dredging

A submersible slurry pump is double casing as the slurry pumps. Wear parts are all constructed with abrasion-resistant materials - chromium alloy, so pumps have better stability & longer service life.
Unique mechanical seal device can prevent the electric motor from high-pressure water and impurities, thus high suction efficiency can be ensured. In addition to the main impeller, a pair of agitation impeller is equipped to help break and mix the sludge.

Submersible Slurry Pump Advantages 
 
a) High productivity--Our pumps are designed to pump fluids containing a high percentage of solids(maximum weight concentration of the ashcan reach 45% and maximum weight concentration of the slag can reach 60%).

Service conditions

a)Power supply: generator or industry electric power, and the capacity of the substation transfer motor is two to three times the rated capacity of the motor.

b)The temperature of the medium: The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60Celsius, and the medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases.

c)Max weight density of the solid particle: The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 60%.

d)Submerged depth:  not more than 35 meters.

e)The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous.

Features

1. Impeller and casing are made of high chrome alloy, especially for gravel, wear-resistant, easily replaced.

2. The pump is a centrifugal impeller, including 2 dredgers.

3. There`s an agitator in the bottom, which could mix the mud with water, increase the density.
