Product Description
G(H) series gravel pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, horizontal centrifugal sand dredging pump. It is mainly used for the transportation of strong abrasive materials, such as granular coal, sand, mud dredging, mineral, etc. The pump is especially suitable for high flow, high concentration, high lift conditions, and has good cavitation performance and abrasion resistance.
Bearing assembly - The large diameter shaft with famous brand bearings contributes to a long working life.
Casing-Easy to replace and maintain. Hard metal casing provides high operating pressure capabilities and a long working life.
Impeller-Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable with each other. High efficiency and high head designs are also available. And the large particle is easy to pass through.
Durable Construction-Single casing with clamp hands and wide wet-passage, made of Ni-hard and high-chromium abrasion-resistant alloys.
Versatile Shaft Seal Options-Available in packing seal, impeller seal, and mechanical seal configurations.
Flexible Transmission Modes-Options include V-belt, elastic coupling, gear reducer, hydraulic coupling, variable frequency drive, and silicon-controlled speed control.

We make sure the wood box is strong enough and the pump is bolted inside tightly.
For large pumps that are not fit for wood boxes, it shall be loaded and fasten bare in a container.

Our price is 30~50% of the original but the same working life.
3. What is your lead time?
Some popular spares are in stock which could deliver within 5 days after your PO. If without stock, we could deliver within 3 weeks.
4. What is your warranty?
One year for the whole pump except the wear parts. The working life of wet parts is the same as the most famous brand.
5. Do you have OEM service?
Yes. We offer OEM service to our clients. And our engineers could train the users on site how to start, use and maintain the pumps.
