General Introduction
This hose clamp machine can automatically assemble hose clamps through straight lines and turntables. All parts such as screws, straps, and housings will be assembled by the machine. Full-Automatic Machine Working Flow
1. screws, housings feeding into vibration feeding bowls, (coils feeding in by automatic uncoiler machine→coils cut to bands)
2. housing (welded/riveted) with band→
3. curling→
4. screw inserted→
5. screw tightening→
6. sensor detection &sorting of finished products
Two methods of Feeding
1) Feed screws, housings, and bands into vibration-feeding bowls by hand.
2) Feed screws and housings into vibration-feeding bowls by hand. Put coils on the uncoiler machine. Coils will be cut into bands as per the required length automatically.
