The S -M Series Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer is a cutting-edge, three-phase marvel crafted to push the boundaries of reliability and performance beyond the S9 series. By meticulously refining loss coefficients and optimizing the delicate balance of copper-to-iron ratio, this remarkable transformer achieves an outstanding loss profile and cost-efficiency. The iron core, constructed from high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, is specifically designed to significantly reduce no-load losses, ensuring exceptional performance and efficiency.
For the high-voltage windings, a sophisticated multi-layer structure is expertly utilized, with transformers up to 500kVA boasting multi-layer low-voltage windings. As for transformers of 630kVA and above, an innovative spiral configuration for low-voltage windings is implemented, enhancing electrical performance and mechanical robustness, particularly during challenging short-circuit conditions.
A signature feature of this product is its advanced pan-seal structure, which effectively isolates the transformer oil from external air, preventing oil degradation and significantly enhancing operational reliability. The ingeniously designed oil tank utilizes corrugated plates to promote efficient oil circulation and improve heat dissipation. This elegantly simple yet robust design ensures precise welding, minimizes the risk of leaks, and optimizes fluid dynamics and thermal management, ensuring superior performance.
