In the high pressure and medium speed grinding machine,the grinding roller hangeris tightened with the high pressure spring of 1000-1500 kg pressure.After starting to work,the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft and rolls closely to the grinding ring under the action of high pressure spring and centifugal force.The roling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond mil under the same dynamic condition,so the output is greatly improved.When the ground material enters the grinding chamber,it is scooped up by the spatula and sent between the grinding roller and the grind- ing ring for grinding.The powder after grinding is brought into the analytical machine with the circulating air of the
blower.The qualfied fine powder flows into the cyclone powder collector with the air and is the finished product.The cir- culating air returnsto the blower and repeats the above process,and the residual air enters the pulse dust collector for purfication,When the grinding roller and the grinding ring reach a certain weer,the high pressure spring length is adjust- ed to keep the constant grinding pressure between the grinding roller and the grinding ring,so as to ensure the stable
