ML1200 die cutting and creasing machine
RQ serial die cutting & creasing machines are special equipments for die cutting and creasing a wide range of materials, such as cardboard, corrugated board, plastic and leather. Sliding bearings are made of high quality alloy cooper, thus to get effect of anti-friction and shake reducing.
Flywheel is with big moment of force and large pressure.
High strength due to one piece casting by using top-ranking material for machine body.
Single plate electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.
With functions of single , continuous and opening dwell operation, dwell range is adjustable.
Operating position is reasonably arranged, moving-bed can be opened to its optimum.

Installation, Adjusting & Commissioning:The seller will for certain dispatch the technician to your country for installation, commissioning, adjusting the machine and training the workers in your plant. However the buyer should take on all costs required during our technician's stay in the buyer's country, round airplane tickets, accommodation, foods.
Guarantee terms:
The seller guarantee the machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given 12 (twelve) months which starts from the date of the machine's arrival. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality, but the buyer must pay the round trip tickets and accommodation expenses for seller's technicians.
