Product Description
This equipment is a lightweight energy-saving tunnel kiln composed of 95 kiln cars and 53 kiln body modules, with a fully automatic kiln car operation system and control system. The installation concept of modern design and construction provides convenient operation while bringing higher benefits to customers.

Main Feature:
-Low thermal reserved material , mix structure of heavy brick and light weighted refractory brick used in kiln labyrinth.
-The brick of kiln car is hollow block of Cordierite, strong and firm, interlock-seal between kiln car and the labyrinth is adopted double sealing.
-The burners of middle pressure and high spray velocity is interlaced installed on kiln wall.
-Use the ratio of air/gas firing control system to adjust kiln temperature automatically.
-Advanced computer and PLC centralized control system to monitor kiln running.
-The fans are platform mounted and controlled by the inverter.
-One button to start up the kiln, checking and running automatically.

Control system
1. Kiln control system is developed independently by us, which is suitable for air/gas ratio control,pulse control and flow control according to different requirements of the production processing.
2. Kiln control system mainly select Siemens PLC module of S7-300 and S7-200 or OMRON PLC module of CJ2M, industrial control computer and touch screen.
3.This system can collect the signals of kiln temperature, the pressure, air flow, etc., then send these information to main control panel or management system to display, record, set and control.
4.Control system can record and mange klin data in Microsoft windows, you can easily inquire historial data for defect analysis.
