The liquid CO2 Transfer Pump is designed to transport large amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2) between two containers operating at low pressure.
These pumps make use of gears that have been precision-cut and interlock with one another in order to increase the pressure of the liquid CO2 as it moves through the pressure vessels.
Minwen's liquid CO2 transfer pumps have proven to be very reliable and offer a simple and affordable solution for pumping CO2. Our LCO2 transfer pumps are specifically designed for liquid CO2 bulk transfer between two low pressure vessels.
Canned motor pump features
2. The CO2 canned motor pumps do not take in outside gas, so they are applicable for the operation in vacuum system and liquid that spoilsat the contact of outside gas.
3. There is no shaft seal, so the canned motor pumps are applicable for high pressure system, high melting point liquid, high temperature liquid and low temperature liquid.
4. There is no need for lubricant, the CO2 canned pumps will not pollute LCO2 and this avoids the troubles of oil filling.
5. The motor and pump body are on the same shaft and integrated as a whole, the canned motor pump size has the advantages of small size, light weight, less area occupation, and easy dismantlement for examination.
