Five Axis CNC Rotary Table TCVR-320
The internal structure of the five axis cradle turntable product adopts a cam roller transmission structure. The cam and needle roller bearings are pre pressed and have no clearance rolling transmission, without sliding friction, and continuously maintain no clearance characteristics. The forward and reverse movements have high repeatability accuracy, without the need for regular calibration and adjustment, and have high rigidity, heavy load, and high efficiency characteristics. The product will not have poor accuracy due to temperature rise. Improving the quality of multi axis machining parts can greatly reduce the defect rate of machining parts.
Features:
1. The system is set based on the different changes in tooth thickness of the turbine worm gear during forward and reverse rotation. The axial movement of the worm gear causes a change in the backlash between the turbine and worm gears. When the worm gear is kept in the correct position, the ideal backlash can be achieved.
2. Material:
Worm: Alloy steel, carbon immersed heat treatment.Turbo: High tension brass (stronger than ferroalloy)
3. Torque transmission efficiency: The combination of iron and brass has a smaller friction coefficient and greater transmission efficiency than other materials.
4. Large aperture turbine: It adopts a large pitch and large aperture turbine, which has a larger contact area of meshing teeth and lower surface pressure, resulting in less friction and increased service life.
