European Style 40 Position Tool Holders and Quick Change Tool Post
European Style 40-position tool holders and quick change tool systems are commonly used in machining and manufacturing industries for efficient and precise tool management in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, such as CNC lathes and machining centers. These systems are designed to optimize tool changing processes, reduce downtime, and enhance overall productivity.
Features:
1. The cam locking handle can firmly lock and quickly release the tool holder, making it easy to operate
2. Special screw for adjusting the cutting edge height
3. The tool can be repeatedly ground without moving the tool holder or adjusting the set device
4. 40 different angles (one position every 9 °) can be easily read from the marking line
5. Interchangeable with 40 position quick change tool post and tool holders from other brands
6. Basic body and tool holder are made of high-quality steel which is hardened and ground. The tool holder is clamped against the basic body by an eccentric bolt. The system allows a repeat accuracy of 0.01mm with 40 position angular positions of the tool holder. This accuracy is even guaranteed after numerous tool changes. The basic sizes, type A to D suit the various ranges of lathe.
Application: Quick-change tool holders are characterized by their unlimited diversity in the use of lathe tools, drills, reamers and boring bars.
