3.2 Features of Weld heads:

• Total 6 models of weld heads, each head suits for different range of pipe sizes.
• Narrow design system suits for narrow working space.

• Water cooling channels running through the entire weld heads body have provided for excellent heat dissipation that enable the weld heads to work continuously even at high welding currents and intensive load.
• The enclosed design and the insert gas management system of the heads ensure a permanent infiltration of the weld seam during welding with insert gas.
• Quick change system for removable clamping shells.

• Stable clamp connections in conjunction with clamping shells available for all tube dimensions guarantee secure clamping and centering of the parts to be welded without misalignment.
• Remote control built into the handle.

• All the important commands for welding can be transmitted to the power supply via a control panel built into the robust and durable aluminum handle, so that no additional remote control is required.

3.3 Clamping shells of heads
 

• Each set of clamping shells includes 4 pcs. And each size of clamping shells suit for one pipe size.
• Quick removable clamping shells.

NOTES: the tubes must be standard type, the deviation must be within machine tolerance.
A trained operator is necessary to make sure its normal work.
