Product name: Tungsten Carbide Ball precision grinding and polishing bearing balls
Hard alloy balls refer to balls and rolling balls made of tungsten carbide, cobalt, or nickel.
They have high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and bending resistance, and can be used in harsh environments, making them a suitable replacement for steel ball products.
1. Selection of carbide grades: YG6/YG6X/YG8/YG10/YG11/YG12/YG15, etc.
2. Various diameters of ball molds are available, from 0.3~100mm diameter precision grinding balls can be produced.
3. Sintered through a vacuum integrated furnace or high-pressure sintering furnace, with high overall performance, no porosity, and no sand holes.
4. Blanks with rings and balls can be provided, with tolerances (0~+0.3), for grinding purposes.
5. Balls can be processed according to requirements: blank passivation, blank ring removal, rough grinding and polishing, precision grinding, and polishing.
6. Production can be carried out according to customer drawings and requirements.

Grades: Default YG6 for diameters above 1.588mm, for other grades please specify.
