Widely used for the automatic welding processing of large cylindrical workpieces and structural components, it is an automated and efficient welding auxiliary machine that aims to improve welding quality, stabilize welding parameters, and enhance the working environment.
The automatic welding of long straight seams is achieved by the horizontal arm's extension, which drives the movement of the torch (welding gun). Alternatively, the torch (welding gun) can be moved to the welding position and fixed using the horizontal arm, and then the workpiece is rotated by a positioner to complete the automatic welding of circular seams.
It is often used in conjunction with equipment such as rollers, positioners, and welding machines to form an automatic welding center. It can also be configured with other working torches to perform corresponding automated tasks.
The main features are as follows:
1. Utilizes imported world-renowned frequency converters: Wide speed range, high precision, presettable parameters, and reproducibility.
2. User-friendly operating interface: Simple and convenient to use.
3. The models in this series are categorized based on the front-end load-bearing capacity of the horizontal arm: Light-duty (Q), Medium-duty (Z), Heavy-duty (W), and Super Heavy-duty (C).
4. Structural forms include: Fixed type, fixed with rotation, and mobile with rotation in three combinations.
5. The cross-sections of the horizontal arm and column undergo scientific calculations, with the horizontal arm having a vertical extension and contraction of 2mm/m.
6. The lifting device of the horizontal arm is equipped with an anti-fall device, using a pawl mechanism for increased safety and reliability.
7. The front end of the horizontal arm is equipped with a cross-type fine adjustment mechanism, operable on the remote control box.
8. The guide wheel axis is an eccentric wheel, making it easy to eliminate the gap between the roller and the guide rail.
9. The column rotation is available in both manual and electric forms, and the locking mechanism after rotation has both manual and pneumatic options.
10. The electrical components consist of a control box and a remote control box, with interfaces for controlling positioners and roller stands.
