Suitable for EN818-2 G80 chain .
Individually proof test at 2.5 times Working Load Limit .
Fatiuge tested at 1.5 times Working Load Limit for 20000 cycles .
Breaking test for every order before shipment . Beaking load is 4 times the Working Load Limit .
100% magnaflux crack detection .
All load pins are 100% individually inspected and tested .
Surface finish: Powder painting .
Color : Red / Yellow . All sizes are forged
Product Specifications
Pre-use inspection
Pre-use inspection of hooks shall include the following:
1. WLL should be clearly marked.
2. The safety buckle should be installed properly and function normally.
3. Check whether the hook is deformed, cracked, worn or corroded.
Note: The wear of the surface of the hook bearing should not exceed 8% of the nominal size.
4. Check that the opening of the hook is within the manufacturer's parameters. If the hook is over-opened, this is a sign that it has been point loaded or overloaded.
5. Check whether the release CAM and other moving parts move freely.
6. If the hook is a ball rotating hook, check that the hook is rotating freely and the bearing is not making any unusual noise. Unusual noise is usually a sign of bearing fatigue or bearing failure.
7. If the hook has a threaded shank, make sure that the thread is in good condition and the nut rotates freely on the thread
