1. Ring cutter
This machine is expertly designed to cut the sidewall of steel wire tires, preparing them for further segmentation. The process involves securing the tire on the platform, rotating the hand wheel to grip the inner tire firmly with three claws, then activating the power to rotate the work platform. The cutting tool methodically slices the tire until the sidewall is removed, ensuring precise results.
2. Strips cutter
The strips cutting machine is designed to seamlessly cut cycle machines and remove wire tire sidewalls into adjustable width strips. Equipped with two specially crafted circular knives, it is durable and allows for multiple grindings, capable of handling up to 1200 steel tires.
3. Block cutter
The block cutter is purpose-built to handle the cutting of car, truck, and rear tractor tires, accommodating sizes up to 120cm for truck tires. It enhances your tire cutting system's flexibility by allowing the processing of tires up to 120cm, with the capability to cut 60-70 truck tires or 120-150 car tires per hour.
