Fluorocarbon weathering powder coating
PVDF fluorine resin is vinylidene fluoride homopolymer, a semi-crystalline fluoropolymer, chemical structure with fluorocarbon bonding, this structure with short bond properties and hydrogen ions to form the most stable and firm combination; is a high molecular weight thermoplastic plastic processing, with 70% PVDF resin fluorocarbon coating by spraying or roll coating process of baking film, with incomparable super weather resistance and processing process, service life of more than 20 years, so it is the high-rise buildings or in the extreme harsh environment of metal surface treatment coating.

chemical resistance properties.
Non-toxic and safe:food grade. Good in mechanical and physical properties.

Cured condtions:20 mins. at 230ºC metal temperature Cured Film Thickness:80um.
Storage Stability
Keep storage environment well-ventilated and dry, with temperatures not exceeding 27°C.

Pre-treatment | Degreasing, rust removal, sandblasting,phosphating, silane treatment, or ceramic coating, etc. |
Attention | Before spraying, please ensure that the substrate is thoroughly degreased and rust-free, with no impurities, water stains, or residual liquid. |
Note | Acid washing and sandblasting the substrate can enhance the adhesion between the coating and the substrate. |
