Description
According to the statistics, the percent of f hydraulic system failure caused by particle was 60%~70%. the particle in oil will accelerate abrasion of hydraulic system, cause blockage and eventually cause failure of hydraulic system.
The PPM-HLZ-2 can measure particle information in oil and offer alarm function, it features high sensitivity, high reliability and quick detection. With the help of this monitor, you will find wear fault of machinery in time to avoid larger loss.Because of it's small size, it is convenient to be installed in oil filter, hydraulic system.
Features
1. Adopts light blockage method, with good anti-interference, accuracy, repeatability.
2. Advanced sensor inside to ensure high resolution and accuracy.
3. Built-in different particle contamination level standards, including GB/T14039, ISO4406, NAS1638, GJB420A, GJB420B and so on. The standard can be set by user's requirement.
4. Built-in calibration function, able to calibrate by ISO4402 or GB/T18854-2002 (ISO11171:1999) standard.
5. Two calibration curve(ACFTD, ISOMTD) is stored, can be switched easily, decrease error.
6. RS232, RS485, CAN protocol are alternative.
7. It can automatically detect online, and real time indicate particle contamination level.Detection interval can be set by user.
8. It can measure flow at the same time.
9. Aluminum housing, can be applied in harsh areas
