The system control is: DELTA - PLC control (single). Production parameters are stored for brands such as Samsung, LG, Sharp, Chi Mei, AUO, Huaxing Photoelectric, Hitachi, Hanyu Display, Huasheng, Zhonghua, etc. The system features four different temperature set points for precise control. PLC and touch screen communication allow for automatic control function extension based on production needs. The system also includes automatic detection and abnormal alarm display functions for quick equipment maintenance.
The stability control is: Panasonic - TC2. Imported temperature sensing line and Panasonic's newest chips (TC2) provide accurate temperature control with fast heating time and higher temperature precision. Heating curves and parameters are synchronously displayed.
The operating interface is: WV full-color PDA (single communication). A 6.5-inch intelligent man-machine interface, combined with a programmable controller (PLC) control system, ensures stable and reliable equipment operation.
Heating method: pulse heating mode. Features fast heating/cooling and auxiliary cooling functions. Equipped with a high-quality titanium alloy head and automatic temperature compensation function for precise temperature control.
High precision counterpoint: micrometer counterpoint. Advanced optical alignment system and high-precision micrometer regulator for X, Y, Z axis adjustment ensure high precision. The 19-inch large screen display enhances registration speed and appearance.
