The stability control is ensured by Panasonic - TC2, utilizing imported temperature sensing line and Panasonic's latest chips for accurate temperature control and fast heating times.
The operating interface is a WV full-color PDA (single communication) with a 6.5-inch intelligent man-machine interface, providing stable and reliable equipment operation.
The heating method is pulse heating mode, offering fast heating/cooling and auxiliary cooling functions. The equipment is equipped with a high precision micrometer counterpoint for advanced optical alignment and precise production.
