PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MINICELL EM series is a physical foaming agent. Under an electron microscope, this series of foaming agents looks like round balloons. When the foaming agent is heated, the outer shell becomes soft, the internal pressure increases sharply and the size of the sphere expands greatly, then volume will increases by 80 to 100 times. The specifific gravity of the expanded microspheres can be reduced by 30kg/m³(0.03g/cm³), Make it an ideal foaming additive for rubber and plastic materials.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
The series of Expandable Microspheres can be used in extrusion molding, injection molding, coating, press molding, blow molding. It's suitable for the high-grade PVC, EVA, PE, PP.
