The goal of this plant is to realize sludge reduction
stabilization,harmless and recycling.

1,Reduction
We can customized produce plant according to your refinements.Mostly moisture content of sludge more than 90%,we can reduce it to 0% if you need.

2,Stabilization
Stabilization means that the sludge can remain basically stable after harmless treatment, especially without corruption and stench.

3Harmless
Sludge contains a large number of pathogenic bacteria, parasitic worm eggs and viruses, which are easy to cause the spread of diseases.So it must need a harmless treatment in process.

4Recycling.
It is important but hard to do. Our company can realize this.The economic benefits will be generated in the sludge treatment, so that the sludge treatment government can not only obtain additional benefits, but also improve the operators' enthusiasm and promote the sustainable development of sludge treatment.


(1) Process Line 

Sludge drying to 50-60% moisture content-Incineration with combustion improver-Vapour and Dust Purification-Discharge;The deslagging has no moisture and organics,heavy metals in standards,inorganic matter can be recycled or to backfill 

(2)Drying Process
The equipment has installed auto intelligent  temperature control system,after first drying,moisture content will reduce to 50-60%. But actually in real production,you can control the moisture content freely,for example 10-40% or 0. 

(3)Incineration Process
After drying, the sludge and garbage goes into the incinerator, burned above 700 ºC temperature and  pyrolysis for combustible gas and carbon dioxide gases such as carbon monoxide;The burnt slag is yellowish brown.
(4)Smog and Dust Purification Process:
Heat Exchange.
Denitration.
Desulfurization.
Ionize "Purification".
Purification Gas Photolysis.
