Product Description:The mattress packing machine is mainly used for wrapping and rolling pocket spring, compressed bonnell spring, foam and latex mattress . It can help mattress manufacturers to save storage and transportation cost. According to different requirements of customers, different roller diameters can be customized to suit foam mattresses of different densities and thicknesses.
Technical Characteristics:
1.Easy to install, operate and maintain.
2.Low packing cost: It needs one PVC or PE bag of diameter 350mm(approx.) to pack one foam mattress.
3.The volume of foam mattress can be reduced greatly after rolling packing.
4.Cost of mattress transportation and storage can be much lower.
