Washing part

1.In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, bottle washer adopts multiple liquid injections washing and disinfectant spray, and washing solution can be used circularly.
2.There are seven or nine flushing process: First, second steps are disinfectant washing, drip dry, recycling water inside and outside rinsing, pure water and drip dry, etc.

 

Water tanks and washing pumps 

This filling machine has water tanks with thick strong and good quality SUS304, one is disinfectant tank, two is pure water tank, and has three good quality and good brand water pumps.

Filling sealing part

This filling machine working with automatic cylinder controlled, cap holding and cap hopper, use gravity filling type, full bottle filling process.

Automatic capping part

This sealing machine uses crawler type transportation system with motor driven, very stable and smoothy.

1.Packing:
The finished well machines products immediately outside the anti-rust treatment, and the use of plastic packaging for further protection, delivery using thick wood, steel frame protection,and other diversified packaging conditions to ensure that products in the long sea is not affected.
2. Delivery time:
Even though our machines are customzied as bottles size and shape, our plant also will reserve some parts on warehouse,such as electronic parts,frame,pump,SUS materials etc to shorten the delivery time.
